By Car
Take the A10 motorway.
From the North (Piedmont, Lombardy, Switzerland, Germany) follow the signs toward Ventimiglia. From the West (France and the French Riviera) follow the A10 toward Genoa.
Take the Spotorno exit: Villa Imperiale is just a few minutes from the motorway exit.
By Train
Spotorno has its own railway station, served by regional trains, in the town center and only a 10-minute walk from Villa Imperiale.
For a more comfortable and faster journey, especially if you have a lot of luggage, we recommend considering getting off at Savona, a stop for the main long-distance lines. From there you can reach Spotorno and Villa Imperiale by taxi service.

Arrival and Stay
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival. In case of early arrival, you can leave your luggage and register at reception. Check-out is by 10:30 AM. A final swim or stroll around the village after check-out? Leave your luggage at reception—we will store it free of charge until your departure.
Is late-night arrival possible?
Yes, at Villa Imperiale hotel check-in is available 24 hours a day.
Is late check-out possible?
Yes, late check-out is possible upon request and subject to room availability at an additional cost of €70.00 in low season and €100.00 in high season.
Does the hotel have parking?
Yes, Villa Imperiale has a private parking lot just 500 meters away. It is available from 11:00 AM on the day of arrival and must be
vacated by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. The cost is €15.00 per day.
Can I leave my car in the parking lot after check-out or before check-in?
It is possible to leave your car in the parking lot after check-out only upon request and subject to availability, with an additional charge of €10.00 for half a day of parking.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, Villa Imperiale is a pet-friendly hotel. Your four-legged friends are welcome with a supplement of €15.00 per animal per day. Villa Imperiale also has an agreement with Pluto Beach in Spotorno, the equipped beach for dogs with all amenities: guests staying at Villa Imperiale receive a 10% discount on beach access.
Is the hotel accessible to people with disabilities?
Yes, Villa Imperiale is barrier-free. We guarantee full access to all areas and services of the hotel.

What payment methods do you accept?
At Villa Imperiale we accept the following payment methods: credit/debit cards, digital payments, checks, bank transfers, and cash within legal limits.
Is a credit card required to book?
A credit card is the most commonly used system for booking, as a payment guarantee. Alternatively, you can pay a deposit by bank transfer.
What are the cancellation terms?
Cancellation of the stay is not subject to penalties only if communicated up to 15 days before the arrival date. For cancellations less than 15 days before arrival, the full amount of the booked nights will be charged.
What happens in case of early departure and/or late arrival?
In case of early departure, if communicated during the stay, the total booking amount will be charged. In case of no-show or late arrival not communicated before 15 days from arrival, the total booking amount will be charged.

Yes, all rooms are air-conditioned.
Are there rooms with a balcony?
No, there are no rooms with balconies. The only rooms with outdoor spaces are the “Dimora” rooms, which have a private terrace facing the sea.
Do you have common areas for reading and relaxation?
Yes, Villa Imperiale provides its guests with an indoor reading room with magazines, books, a book-crossing corner, and a television.
Do you have an elevator?
Yes, Villa Imperiale hotel has an elevator.
Does the hotel have a restaurant?
Yes. Villa Imperiale offers its guests a dining service, included or not depending on the accommodation package chosen.
The hotel also hosts “A corte,” the restaurant with an à la carte menu that celebrates Ligurian and Mediterranean tradition with a contemporary approach, also open to external guests.
Does the kitchen offer alternatives for specific dietary requirements (celiac disease, intolerances, allergies)?
We pay great attention to the dietary requirements of our guests. At breakfast, dedicated products are available for celiacs and those with intolerances. During meals, upon request, the kitchen prepares alternative options using selected ingredients and taking the utmost care in managing different needs.
Do you offer beach service?
Yes, Villa Imperiale has a dedicated beach in front of the hotel. For guests staying on half-board or full-board for a minimum of 7 nights, the beach spot is guaranteed, free, and pre-assigned based on room type, from the day of arrival until the day before departure.
We also remind you that Villa Imperiale has an agreement with Pluto Beach, the equipped beach for dogs with all amenities, to make the most of your vacation with your four-legged friends.
