• Rooms are available from h. 2.00 p.m. of the arrival day until h 10.00 a.m. of the departure day.
  The private beach in front of the Hotel is free in half board and full board treatment. You have a place (sun umbrella and 2 sunbeds) assigned to your room. The place on the beach cannot be changed and can be used from the day of the arrival until the day before the departure.

  Our private parking is situated 500 mt from the Hotel, on the Via Aurelia at the price of € 12,00 per day. Parking must be reserved and can be used from the day of the arrival until the departure day (at 11.00 a.m of the departure day).

    Deposit requested to confirm the reservation: 30% of the total amount of the reservation per bank tranfer.

    Cancellation Policy
    We require 30 days cancellation notice prior to your scheduled arrival, otherwise we will charge you cancellation fee as below.
    50% of the total amount of your deposit will be charged if you do not notify us about your cancellation or any changes by 30 to 15 days before your scheduled arrival.
    * 100% of deposit will be charged if you do not notify us about your cancellation or any changes by 14 to your scheduled arrival or No show.
    in the case of early departure, you will be charged 100% of the total amount.
